Hello Pradeep, My name is Ximena Ruiz and I was one of the girls who travelled to India with Renata Arvizu last October. I wanted to write to thank you and let you know that everything went perfectly well, and I´m amazed by your beautiful country. We are used to writing e-mails to complain when something goes wrong, but we should write to acknowledge a good job as well. I wanted to mention a couple of guides who went out of their way to make the most out of our visit. They showed great pride, knowledge, and passion for their work and country, as well as a great attitude. Sadly I cannot remember their names but hopefully, you have that information with you. One was the guide who showed us Agra (October 19) and the other one showed us Deli (Oct 26). You may already be aware of how good they are but still, I didn´t want to let the opportunity pass without mentioning it. Hello Pradeep, We did indeed have a most wonderful trip to India and must thank you for all you did to make it such a success. There is so much variety in the country and none of the places we visited was alike, so we felt that we saw many different aspects of the country. The guides provided were generally excellent, being knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. In general, the hotels were excellent, although Sonia did not like the hotel in Udaipur which had no telephone or fridge.. I, on the other hand, liked that hotel very well! Anil, our driver, was always helpful and concerned about our welfare. I must particularly thank you for two other things as well. Firstly, for following up on Sonia’s lost credit card – I shall email the hotel manager with my thanks for destroying it. And secondly, for arranging our Divali visit in Udaipur. I was unable to get the email address of the two gentlemen (and their names) but would appreciate it if you could send it to me. It was a marvellous evening and they went out of their way to entertain us. Although we took them a gift, I would like to thank them again. I think that when we were arranging our trip we did not realize the distances involved, but Divine Travel Connextions made it all possible and we thank you so much. You can be absolutely certain that we will recommend your company to anyone we know who is thinking of visiting India. Again, my very sincere thanks for making our holiday the success it was.
